The Spider with the scar turned and saw Alex. It threw its head back and howled, the two mandibles either side of its mouth flaring out, and the nearest Spiders brought their weapons up and opened fire on him...

Aliens and psych clash in the Battle for Noctis Point, as Alex finally accepts the responsibility that his newfound powers bestow upon him.
